How I Work

Three ways in.

It's the same problem at three scales. The strategy is sound and cohesion won't hold, and where that bites decides how we work: with you, with your team, or across the organisation. Three ways in, depending on what the moment needs.

01

The leader

One to one, for the person carrying the integration. I work on reading what the status report misses, deciding what's worth surfacing, and holding a direction while the ground keeps moving. The integration stays yours to run.

02

The team

In the room together, for the team that has to decide under pressure and keeps stalling. Praxis primes how you surface disagreement early, stay present in the discomfort, and move without waiting for the deck. Co-facilitated with Karen Oddson.

03

The organisation

Across the whole system, when the drag is structural and runs deeper than any one team can shift. A full engagement that makes the drag visible, sets a direction the organisation can hold, and builds the capacity to keep navigating after I step back. It can start with a focused scan.

The engagement

What we don't do.

We don't deliver 200-page reports that gather dust on someone's credenza.

We don't impose best-practice frameworks onto situations that are anything but best-practice.

We don't send junior associates to do work that requires thirty years of scar tissue.

We don't pretend that a pizza party will shift the forces driving dysfunction.

We don't diagnose the symptoms, prescribe the cure, and leave before the side effects hit.
